Interactive EdVentures Through Project Based Learning
Grant your students autonomy and control of their learning. Offer a variety of projects to choose from when producing a project. They own it. Less push back. More creativity. More education! Use the same content... their choice of production.

Blog
Have students use a web based format to create a blog. Encourage a minimum word count and possibly video and pictures or props.
Make a presentation
Make a PowerPoint. AT LEAST 8 slides plus a cover slide and reference slide (10 slides total). Include pictures. Transitions. Run spell and grammar check. Present
Children's book
Write a children’s book on the topic. Include concepts and vocabulary At least 10 pages. Pictures. Present/ read your book
Pod Cast
Make a pod cast or video. Write a script (a friend may help video). At least 2 minutes in length. Props if appropriate. Record at flipgrid to share with class. I will give you a code.
A classic report
Write a paper to present o 2 page min. 12 point font, double spaced. You will talk about the paper briefly for the class o Your paper may be shared for peers to edit
Create a board game
Create a board game using your topic o Must include 20 questions that relate to the topic o Make board pieces o Write out the rules o I have examples for you o Tell the class how to play the game o Peers will review the game
Vision board
Make a vision board discussing aspects of the topic. It should be neat, colorful, organized and informative. More space should be filled than empty. Create a written outline for the information you want to put on your vision board then create it. Both should be peer reviewed for feedback
Skit
Make a skit/puppet show. This may have no more than 3 people o Write out the script. Each student must speak. Skit must be at least 2 minutes
Graphic video
Use Renderforest to create an informative graphic video. Write out the information you want to cover on paper. Create a free account with renderforest.com using school info. Create at least a 2 min video using multiple settings o Add music. You will present your video to the class
In the shoe box
Create a diagram o This is one of those cut out shoe boxes with a scene depicting what you have learned. Write out the information you want to cover on paper at least a page worth.Create your diagram. Share with class for peer review
Your turn to teach
Your turn to teach. Write an outline of the information you want to cover. Create a worksheet of some format for your students. Create an informational slide or 2 to capture your audience’s attention. Teach your subject for 2 minutes o Feel free to give the class a quiz!
News report
Write a news article. Write a page on the subject as though you were a news reporter. Fill it with facts, Add a picture or two. Should be at least one page 12 point font double spaced o Remember spell and grammar check. This will be peer reviewed
